A plot and a house are situated on a very quiet Cedar Street.On one side of the street there are residences, on the other side there is a beautiful forest, which according to the site development plan will not change its aim. On Sunday afternoons you can enjoy breakfast on the terrace overlooking the greenery.The house was built and decorated according to the best standards by a world-class architect.A roof is covered with titanium-zinc sheet which guarantees a strength for the existence of home.Construction, roof windows and railings were made of stainless steel.All elements outside and inside house that are visible in the pictures were taken on order.Walls in the entire house were finished in stucco which gives extraordinary climate and affects practicality.Floors and stairs are made of specially imported Canadian maple wood.The bathrooms made of marble and waxed stucco. In each of them they have installed bathtubs, showers, toilets and bidets, heated floors.Kitchen was made on order, granite countertops (the second kitchen is on the minus one level).All elements of the interior of the house were designed and built by the best in Poland and the world's architectural and furniture companies.The house heating is on gas on the basis of Viessmann devices. In the laundry, there are installed devices by Miele. There is an own water intake from the base of ecological filters.Lighting throughout the house has been designed so as to allow the implementation of many different ambient scenarios. Most of the light sources can be adjusted with dimmers.
